An absolute highlight! ✨ We had a really great trip with Danushka today! He drove us from Kandy to Nanuoya. On the way we visited a tea plantation and a waterfall at our request. The tour was super interesting and the waterfall beautiful. Danushka was a super he safe driver and a great travel guide. Also in Nanuoya he made a total effort to get a train ticket and a seat to Ella. Just great!! 😊✨

Transport Colombo-Kandy We were picked up at night by Sachith at the airport and taken very safely to Kandy. Everything worked perfectly, even the communication was very good and fast! Would definitely recommend it if a Sri Lanka trip is made and an uncomplicated, competent transport is sought!

Excellent Driver and Certified Guide from Kandy to Sigiriya An experience we’ll never forget!Our driver from Kandy to Sigiriya was not only safe and reliable but also a certified guide who spoke perfect English.He shared a lot of interesting facts about the region and even joined us on a walk through the Aluvihara Temple.The absolute highlight: He spontaneously organized a live demonstration with a monk, where we saw how writing is done on a banana leaf – just like in ancient sacred texts.He was truly dedicated and passionate – highly recommended!

Amazing trip in Sri Lanka We booked with Soul of Sri Lanka Tours from France for a tour of Sri Lanka: Colombo→Yala Park→Ella→Nuwara Eliya→Kandy→Dambula→Siguiria→Trincomalee→Colombo. At the airport we found SUNIL with a bottle of water and a big welcoming smile that represents the welcome of this country and then the discovery of Sri Lanka began with him. He was our driver for 11 days. SUNIL is super kind and he is always helping.He is attentive on the road and he made sure to meet our needs on the road and always with a smile.The trips went very well, in the good atmosphere and the kindness of SUNIL. ALEX also followed us by message to have our news along the tour and make sure that we lacked nothing. I highly recommend Soul of Sri Lanka Tours and especially our driver SUNIL who marked our trip in this beautiful and very welcoming country.

After terrible experiences with the PickMe app, he immediately arranged two tuk-tuks for our transfer from the accommodation to the train station in Kandy. Best tour guides around 🙂 I feel so lucky to have met Alex - head of Soul of Lanka tours - during my travels in Sri Lanka. I was a solo female traveler and from the moment Alex picked me up from the airport I felt safe, welcome, and like I had a true friend in the country. Alex curated day tours for me based on my specific interests and desires, and even though I’d only planned a short drive with him initially, I ended up spending multiple days traveling through sigirya, Kandy, and more with him. Some of the best days of my trip. We spent hours connecting about the history, politics and culture of Sri Lanka, and he was always ready to suggest an activity (like an Ayurvedic massage, a fish restaurant in negombo) that I never would have thought of, based on what he was learning about me and my interests through our conversations. He knew that I was particularly interested in Buddhist temples, and came up with the idea to pick me up early from my hotel the day I was meant to leave Kandy on an 11am train and personally brought me to multiple spectacular temples I never would have made it to or known about without him… one of the most special mornings (and he knew everyone at the temples and has such sweet relationships with the community). After we parted ways, he checked on me via text and offered additional Recommendations wherever I went. Feel like I made a true friend and I hope to go back one day and hang out/tour with Alex again. I also learned that Alex invests in the people of Sri Lanka - throughout our time together he gave advice to local tour fixes or introduced me to people he’d helped build out stronger businesses or boosted through his own company - he wants everyone around him to succeed and to live up those who are just starting out. It’s really lovely. I recommend alex and this tour company to anyone, families, groups - and especially solo travelers. You’ll be in great hands!

A wonderful day trip to Nuwara Eliya from Kandy A wonderful trip to Nuwara Eliya arranged by Gerard. The Car was well maintained and the driver was polite and courteous. More importantly he was driving very carefully and we felt comfortable throughout the trip. I Highly recommend Lal as a great person and a good driver. Keep up the good job Gerard.
